Once upon a time… asked:
How would you ask someone you like to the movies or bowling
on the phone
I would go like this
“hi is ___ there?….. Hi ____ this is ______. I was wondering if you wanted to see a movie / go bowling today/tonight.”
but that seems a little straight forward, i want some small chat or something, it’s too quick , do you get what i mean?
any other suggestions?
