How to do bowling ball magic?

There are 2 tricks I’d like to learn how to do with the bowling ball.

The first one is the bowling ball briefcase. A magician walks in with a briefcase and pulls a bowling ball out of it.

The 2nd is when a performer has a writing tablet and draws a bowling ball and writes bowling ball. Then he bends the tablet and out drops a bowling ball.

Can anyone help me with these? like how to do them?
