I am a beginner at bowling and I am currently still learning how to hook the ball. Can anyone suggest a ball that is fairly easy to hook?

I want to get my soon to be 8 year old niece her own bowling ball for her upcoming birthday. I know an 8 pound ball would be too heavy and I think 6 pounds is too light.
None of the current balls at brunswick or ebonite are 7 pound…I have already looked.

My mother recently purchased a very nice and expensive bowling ball that accidently left in the trunk of my car. I noticed it was there after driving around and hearing the clunks of the ball rolling around. When I took it out, I discovered it had alot of nicks in it and the pretty scenic picture is scratched up. Is there a way to get those nicks out and get the bowling bowl looking like new again?

I am taking an exam in my bowling class, and one of the questions is “From start to finish, what is the proper approach for bowling” I need it in the 3 step form, but 4 or 5 step will be great, too! So I need to know where the ball needs to be on the first step, 2nd step, and then 3rd step. Thank you very much!

Recently, my husband and I have taken up bowling. He won a bowling ball and I ordered one. I am scoring in the 60’s and we bowl twice a week. I am getting very frustrated now. I want to learn how to spin the ball, make it go fast down the lane, and score some major strikes. Please help me….I have invested some money into the ball, bag, and shoes.

I currently only have 2 bowling balls, A Spare ball and A Brunswick Twisted Fury… currently the alley i bowl at i CANNOT get my twisted fury to hook back into the pocket. Twisted Fury is a Medium-Oily ball. First thing i want to know is, should i get a Heavy Oil Ball or a Light oil ball? Then that brings up the next question, which ball do you recommend for me?
