How much would it cost to open a bowling alley?

Would a bank finance such a business idea with a minimal down payment? I have $150,000 in liquid assets and am wondering if this would be a feasable venture. The market where I am has absolutely no arcade or bowling alleys at all in a city of about 3000 people with surrounding smaller cities of about 2000 combined (within 30 minutes). There is no entertainment at all (no movie theatre). Would this be a good market?
